This role serves as a critical bridge between business units, product owners, and IT—ensuring that technology platforms and applications are aligned with business goals, future-ready, and infused with AI capabilities where appropriate. This role will champion innovation, minimize duplication across systems, and guide the enterprise toward intelligent, scalable, and secure technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Roadmap Development: lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring scalability, security, and innovationEnterprise Application Portfolio Optimization: oversee the evaluation, rationalization, and optimization of the enterprise application portfolio to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve system interoperabilityStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand needs, align strategies, and ensure successful implementation of technology and AI initiativesInnovation Leadership: Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantageGovernance and Compliance: Ensure technology and AI strategies adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards, and organizational policiesTeam Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including application development and AI strategyProven track record in developing technology roadmaps and aligning IT with business strategyStrong understanding of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and agile methodologiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skillsBenefitsOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
