OverviewTalent Acquisition Specialist - Ultra High Net Worth at Morgan StanleyDuties and ResponsibilitiesClient Service:As a key member of the service team, provide coverage for a Graystone team including: assisting the ICD/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-upsProvide backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and/or ICD/team such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacityRemain current on all policies, procedures and new platformsIn partnership with the ICD/team contribute in client/account presentations to provide updates and information on investment managersBusiness Development Support:At the direction of ICD/team, execute against all administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies including conferences and seminars or webinars, websites, social media and regular email connectivityAt the request of the client and/or ICD/team, prepare and review various institutional client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clientsAt the request of the client and/or ICD/team, assist with research using firm-approved systemsAt the request of ICD/team, participate in existing client and/or prospective client meetings, representing the service lensParticipate in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and/or other duties directed by local managementEducation, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:Education and/or Experience5+ years of experience in a field relevant to the position requiredFour-year college degree or professional certification preferredActive Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) requiredAdditional product licenses may be requiredWillingness to obtain the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designationKnowledge/SkillsKnowledge of financial services products and services, including but not limited to measuring performance of institutional clients’ portfoliosTechnically proficient and quick learner of new and updated platformsDetail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritizeExpert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and internet applicationsExceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skillsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with othersAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAdaptable and ability to multi-taskGoal oriented, self-motivated and results drivenReports to:What you can expect from Morgan Stanley:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
