We empower our people to own their work, recognize and reward outstanding performance, and encourage collaboration to build legacies.RoleResponsible for managing daily transportation operations, developing Transportation management tools, and creating, monitoring, and leading initiatives to reduce inefficient Transportation-related costs.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage transportation operations across the US and collaborate with the warehousing team to understand network constraints.Cooperate with our transportation tracking vendor to drive improvements in carrier compliance and lead network-wide projects.Leverage data and strategic decisions to achieve targets related to cost and service.Support transportation during the annual bid to inform business decisions.Provide TMS support and maintenance for the KHC transportation team.Develop, analyze, and report Transportation Operations, Cost, and Service KPI’s.Utilize financial, logistical, and procurement databases to assist in freight reporting and ad hoc route analysis to support corrective actions and/or re‑engineered route solutions.Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.Measure cost savings performance against targets/benchmarks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Finance, or a related field.Adept in project management (planning and execution).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the company.1-3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in transportation with carrier management/procurement and railroad management.Excellent organizational and analytical skills with multi-tasking experience.Adept with computer software applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project).Familiarity with SAP and Oracle OTM is preferred.Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz pensation and BenefitsNew Hire Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $110,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.Benefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, with plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
