We rise above industry standards when every associate embraces their unique role and seizes the opportunity to make an impact.Overview: The Senior Community Manager will lead and direct all community operations and motivate staff to provide service to residents while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction. This position will be responsible for 2 or more sites, either by managing directly or by managing another Community Manager.What We Can Offer YouOpportunities for career growthTotal rewards benefits packageFamily health insurance, 401(k) match, vacation, personal days, and sick timeCustomized training programsAssociate referral bonus planDiverse, equitable, and inclusive work environmentA culture that empowers you to make a differenceWhat You'll Do To Make A DifferenceRecruit, hire, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees on all assigned properties to ensure community performance and adequate staffingTrain staff members at all properties on proper leasing techniques and resident service, and motivate them through recognition programs and team buildingConduct regular performance appraisals and address any associate concerns or employee relations issues for all assigned propertiesMaintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction, as measured by periodic surveysConduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff on each assigned propertyDevelop and administer budgets for each assigned propertyDevelop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews every month for each propertyObtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projects for each assigned propertyBe responsible for 35% of leasing activities on each assigned propertyRegular attendance and punctualityWhat You Bring To Our TeamDemonstration of Bell Core ValuesBA / BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination3+ years of experience in a property management role preferredStrong marketing skills requiredYardi and Onesite knowledge preferredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsPhysical Requirements Of The JobWalking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objectsAbout Bell PartnersOur purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
