You’re passionate about enriching lives through meaningful activities and holistic wellness.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee the Nexus Neighborhood program – Silverado’s innovative approach to supporting residents in the early stages of dementia through brain-healthy livingPartner with all departments to develop and deliver engaging, personalized resident programsManage program budgets and spendingSupport residents emotionally and socially through frequent check-ins and personalized engagementDevelop monthly calendars, coordinate transportation for outings, and schedule family-inclusive eventsPromote Nexus through branding, sales, and marketing efforts, including in-services and professional outreachConduct or co-market sales calls with physicians, geriatric care managers, and other professionalsLead and develop a high-performing engagement teamQualifications:Experience in long-term care management or related field preferredBackground in social recreation programming strongly preferredMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience, including team development and conflict resolutionValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredComfortable working with animals and petsFlexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needsActive role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Fortune Magazine Best Workplace in Aging ServicesCertified Great Place to Work for seven consecutive yearsStrong internal mobility and ongoing trainingSchedule: Tuesday - SaturdayAnticipated pay range$75,000 - $80,000 USDBenefits (eligible employees):401(k) matchingHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid time offTuition reimbursement and professional development assistanceReferral programOther benefits such as Pet Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance, and Discount Programs* Silverado does not accept candidates from outside recruiters or agencies for this role. *Employment and compliance statementsCalifornia Employees: For roles requiring driving, the driving requirement has been deemed essential to the performance of this role due to specific business necessity.
