The role will work closely with the commercial teams to develop action plans and build strategic influencer relationships; clinical, C-suite, sourcing, to drive adoption of Laborie’s comprehensive solution portfolio.About the Role:Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute growth plans for strategic accounts, build deep relationships with key stakeholders (clinical, VAC, C-Suite, sourcing), and lead efforts to standardize and expand Laborie’s product portfolio.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial leads, Marketing, RSDs, CAMs, POD teammates, and KAD peers to align strategies, develop customer incentives, and support adoption of new technologies including M&A initiatives.Performance Monitoring & Data Utilization: Track sales growth and strategic actions using tools like PowerBI; monitor progress at both account and IDN levels to inform decisions and drive measurable results.Contract & Partnership Management: Lead QBR processes, negotiate pricing and renewals, manage value agreements, and support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses including OEM and GPO contracts.Market Intelligence & Communication: Stay informed on customer trends (e.g., mergers, consolidations), communicate regularly with the VP of Strategic Relations, and contribute to achieving corporate financial goals and operational incentives.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.8+ years of successful sales and strategic account experience.Ability to navigate and network within large organizations; strong negotiation and influence skill set.Ability to travel extensively (greater than 50% of time) as needed.Customer service first approach, excellent problem solving and communication skills.Why Laborie:Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
