Position OverviewFor this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000-144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Salary ranges are determined by roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The engineer is responsible for leading and executing power system engineering studies for clients nationwide. You will collaborate with project management to ensure work meets specifications and customer needs, and is completed within the project timeline and budget. Most projects are office-based, with some onsite data collection requiring travel and adherence to safety policies. You will develop relationships with key customers to become a trusted advisor and drive incremental business.You will learn and grow in abilities in power system studies, including analyses such as short-circuit, coordination, arc flash, load flow, voltage drop, and harmonics. Growth areas include digital relay protection and control, equipment assessments, and power quality assessments.
