What to ExpectTesla is seeking a highly skilled and motivated mechanical design engineer in the Autopilot and Electronics Product Design team to work on audio system across various Tesla vehicles. The engineer will lead the mechanical design of different audio components including various speakers and microphones to develop immersive listening experience and studio grade sound quality in Tesla vehicles.What You'll DoWork closely with audio engineers on audio system architecture and develop implementationsOptimize the audio components in the vehicle while considering performance, design, integration, size, mass, assembly and moreParticipate in prototype builds, component fabrication, testing and validation efforts.
