This role focuses on translating cutting-edge learning science into practical excellence, coaching high-performing teams, and driving real transformation with demonstrable results.Your ResponsibilitiesArchitect practical academic frameworks that bridge learning science and daily executionOrchestrate academic excellence by conducting high-stakes performance reviews and ensuring accountability across our networkLead data-driven investigations to identify and eliminate barriers to accelerated learningSpearhead strategic planning and milestone tracking to achieve exceptional student outcomesAct as our academic ambassador, delivering inspiring keynotes and collaborating with education ministries worldwideWhat You Won’t Be DoingMaking incremental tweaks to curriculum without driving fundamental changeConducting theoretical research disconnected from real student achievementAvoiding direct accountability by hiding behind layers of managementRelying on reputation rather than demonstrable results to drive changeKey ResponsibilitiesTake our revolutionary academic model to new heights by harmonizing execution across our school network, establishing world-class leadership standards, and becoming the authoritative voice of our learning science–based movement.Basic RequirementsAdvanced credentials in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or related field (Master’s/Ph.D.)Proven track record of leading academic/EdTech teams to exceptional outcomes (7+ years)Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to boost learning efficiencyEstablished thought leadership through speaking, publishing, or advisory rolesStrong performance management skills and ability to drive excellence among top performersExpertise in data-driven learning diagnostics and intervention designNatural ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from students to school leadersNice-to-have RequirementsExperience founding or leading innovative educational venturesExperience navigating diverse educational landscapes across cultures and bordersExpert knowledge of mastery learning principles and Bloom’s 2 Sigma researchAbout 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They are replacing the outdated one-size-fits-all model with AI-driven personalized learning that helps students master academics in just two hours a day. Students rank in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieve significant growth. The environment is dynamic, remote-friendly, and focused on fixing a broken school system. 2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediate and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
