Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation / Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation, Environmental / Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, briefs Draft discovery and pretrial motions Strong research and writing skillsQualifications8+ years of litigation experience in one or more of the areas listed above.Experience drafting discovery and pretrial pensationBase Compensation Range 200k-230k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
