At HFM, you’ll represent esteemed clients, and contribute to a longstanding tradition of legal excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives, explain legal options, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court and mediationDraft pleadings and discovery for all aspects of a case, including law and motion, discovery motions, propounding discovery, depositions, mediations, and trialTake depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and expertsConsultation with, and preparation of, expertsResearch and articulate findings based upon research into complex areas of the law to support case strategy and theories to be raised in the litigation.
