OverviewFinance Solutions- Treasury Technology Consultant, Senior Manager. Join to apply for the Finance Solutions- Treasury Technology Consultant, Senior Manager role at PwC Experience Center Stockholm. PwC’s finance consulting professionals specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimise financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities specialise in financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimisation, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. Responsibilities Grow as a strategic advisor by leveraging influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results and motivate others. Apply sound judgment to determine when to act or escalate and solve through complexity, asking thoughtful questions and communicating how things fit together. Develop and sustain high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams and contribute to excellence across the Firm. Lead and deliver value in treasury and finance transformation projects, including capital structure optimisation, liquidity management, and related advisory services. Direct teams through ambiguous and challenging situations, while maintaining client focus and delivering top‑level results. Communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. Work collaboratively with a global team and across client organisations. Advise on transformations from strategy through execution and manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance/treasury transformation and/or technology enhancements, or selling/implementing finance and treasury technology solutions, or working directly in a corporation in core treasury or IT activities. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science) CPA, CTP, CFA; TMS vendor certifications Demonstrated abilities in managing teams to deliver finance and treasury strategy, design, and implementation projects Experience with Treasury Management Systems and tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, Ion, Trax, HighRadius, Bottomline, etc.) Knowledge of bank connectivity (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting) and global liquidity management techniques (pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multi-lateral netting) Proficiency with collaboration, automation, and data‑driven storytelling tools (Microsoft, Google Workspace, BI tools) Ability to work with ambiguity, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders Knowledge/Skills Strong communications and stakeholder influence skills; ability to simplify complex information. Experience leading teams and navigating difficult client conversations. Proven ability to monitor workloads, provide candid feedback, and keep leadership informed of progress and issues. Ability to work with global teams and across organizational levels. Knowledge of operational metrics, dashboard design, benchmarking, and standard industry practices. Advising global organizations through transformations from strategy through execution. Other Details Salary range: $124,000 - $280,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
