About the Role: TheBread Shape Supervisorplays a critical role in overseeing the bread shaping process within a food production environment, ensuring that all products meet established quality and consistency standards. This position is responsible for managing a team of bread shaping operators, coordinating daily production schedules, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The supervisor will work closely with production planners and quality assurance teams to optimize workflow and minimize waste. A key outcome of this role is to ensure that bread products are shaped efficiently and uniformly to meet customer expectations and company standards. Bread Shape SupervisorQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment, preferably in bread shaping or dough handling. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a small team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with production scheduling and inventory management. Familiarity with bakery equipment and machinery used in bread shaping. Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production setting. Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes. Bread Shape SupervisorResponsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bread shaping team to meet production targets and quality standards. Train and mentor team members on proper bread shaping techniques and safety protocols. Monitor the bread shaping process to ensure consistency, appearance, and adherence to recipe specifications. Collaborate with quality control to identify and resolve any product defects or process issues. Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance and production metrics. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor resources to optimize production efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
