Regional Manager – Landscape Location:Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid/Travel to Branches) Compensation:$95K–$110K starting + bonus, with opportunities for higher positions. About the Role: This is a high-visibility role overseeing multiple landscaping businesses as part of a growth strategy. This individual will serve as the right hand to the founder. Key Responsibilities: Oversee performance of multiple branch locations across Georgia and the Southeast. Mentor branch managers and drive operational consistency and growth. Lead integration of new acquisitions and help implement Aspire ERP. Support budgeting, goal-setting, and strategic planning with HQ in Alpharetta. Represent the corporate team on the ground, visiting branches regularly. Requirements: 7+ years leadership experience in landscaping, operations, or a service-driven business. Proven ability to lead multi-site teams. Experience with Aspire software isrequired . Strong organizational integration experience preferred.
