Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible Caseload Newark / Elizabeth, NJ Now hiring in Newark, Elizabeth, Union County, Essex County, Irvington, Linden, Union, Roselle, Maplewood, Hillside, East Orange, and surrounding Northern NJ areas Work With an ABA Agency Thats Built for BCBAs Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy agency providing ethical, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Central and Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ to join our growing team. Flexible scheduling with the option to build a full caseload Competitive pay range: $75$100/hour, based on experience and caseload size Full caseloads available in Newark, Elizabeth, and surrounding Essex/Union County towns Clinical mentorship and supportive BCBA-led leadership CentralReach (CR) provided for treatment planning, documentation, and communication Opportunities for leadership, supervision, and program development No billing quotas or minimum hour requirements work at your pace Administrative and scheduling support provided so you can focus on clinical care What Youll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data What You Bring Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process) Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred Strong documentation, supervision, and caregiver collaboration skills Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care Compensation & Benefits $75$100/hour, based on experience and caseload Sign-on bonus after 90 days Referral bonuses for new clients or staff referrals Travel stipends for extended mileage cases Paid time for assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and trainings Access to CEUs, professional development, and internal training Ongoing 1:1 clinical support and mentorship Work-Life Flexibility No minimum hour requirement or billing quotas Remote flexibility for documentation, planning, and supervision notes Build a caseload around your schedule and preferred locations Autonomy in your practice with agency support when needed Areas We Serve We are actively hiring BCBAs in Essex and Union Counties, including: Newark, Elizabeth, Irvington, Linden, Union, Roselle, Maplewood, Hillside, East Orange, Springfield, and surrounding Northern NJ towns Apply Today Start or grow your BCBA career with a supportive, clinician-owned ABA agency that values your expertise and work-life balance.
