Enterprise Operation Lead (Hybrid, Irving, TX) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the connections between our core enterprise systems — Workday and Salesforce — while driving process efficiency and data accuracy across the organization. This role combines systems ownership, cross-functional project leadership, and a focus on scalable process improvements. You will be hands-on in maintaining and configuring enterprise tools, building integrations and reports, and developing solutions that improve how teams access and use information. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday and Salesforce, advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Excel, and a passion for streamlining operations through technology. Key Responsibilities Systems & Process Ownership Review enterprise system feature releases, assist with sandbox testing, and support implementation of new functionality. Monitor and support the Enterprise Support Ticketing System. Maintain and enhance enterprise platforms (Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint), including security roles, reporting, and business process configuration. Lead the development of integrated workflows that combine data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ + Workday + inventory systems). Own the reporting strategy for your function — building Power BI dashboards, Salesforce reports, and Workday custom reports to support project health, inventory management, and spend analysis. Build and maintain automation tools for key functions: project task imports, time tracking visibility, inventory max/min alerts, substitute part updates, onboarding flows, and more. Ensure data accuracy and process consistency across requisition entry, vendor tracking, system integrations, and change management. Provide core IS Analyst support: user troubleshooting, basic configuration requests, and documentation, with a focus on identifying scalable improvements. Qualifications & Attributes 2+ years of experience in business operations, enterprise systems, or project coordination. Strong technical fluency across enterprise systems: Workday and Salesforce preferred. Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Excel skills necessary. Proven ability to own and deliver cross-functional projects from concept to completion. Comfortable serving as a liaison between departments, able to distill complex processes into clear guidance. Strong documentation and communication skills; able to lead internal training and present to stakeholders. High level of initiative, accountability, and systems thinking. Why Join Us?
