As a mission-driven organization, we lead with sustainability and service excellence, having pioneered a circular model for deploying medical equipment to investigator sites worldwide.Overview:With our continued expansion in the U.S. market, were looking for a dedicated and proactive Key User SAP to join our warehousing operations team and contribute to the successful local implementation of SAP S/4HANA.You will act as the primary liaison with our corporate team during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. While this is a non-managerial role, it requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to drive change, and to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the corporate SAP team to ensure a smooth local deployment of SAP S4/HANAConduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SAP tools and functionalities.Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of local users.Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and support within the USA branch.Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and communicate these to the corporate team.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related issues that arise during and after implementation.Travel overseas (to France) may be required from time to time and specifically will be required for a 6 to 8 week period at the start of the project.Your qualifications:Associate degree minimum; Bachelors degree preferred (ideally in Supply Chain or General Management).Functional experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA, particularly modules like eWMS or MM)Background in warehousing or broader supply chain operations.Experience in ERP rollouts or SAP implementations is a strong asset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and within multicultural, international teamsTrack record of driving change and supporting organizational anized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.EEO Statement: Quipment is an equal opportunity employer.
