Were looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead new model programs from concept to production. If you have experience with Japanese OEMs (Honda preferred), Tier One suppliers, and automotive manufacturing, we want to hear from you!? What Youll Do:Lead new model automotive programs from development through SOP (Start of Production)Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, costing, and salesServe as the primary customer interfaceespecially with Japanese OEMs (Honda portal experience a plus)Facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables across departmentsSupport costing, quoting, and commercial negotiationsEnsure manufacturing readiness and supply chain alignmentProvide regular program updates and risk assessments to leadership? What Were Looking For:5+ years of experience in automotive (OEM or Tier One preferred)Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and costingExperience with Hondas supplier portal is highly desirableExcellent communication and organizational skillsProven ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesNew Model Project Launch Experience. Sales, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Japanese language skills a plus, but not required?
