You'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive cost estimates for multi-trade projects ranging from $350K to $5M with the opportunity to grow into more complex work.? What Youll Do:Analyze project drawings, tenders, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimatesCollaborate with project managers, safety, and purchasing teams to ensure comprehensive bidsManage updates and scope changes as they arise during the estimating processEvaluate project-specific labor, materials, tools, and equipmentIdentify cost risks and support continuous improvement through post-bid collaborationProvide clear documentation and justification for all estimates? What You Bring:37+ years of experience estimating multi-trade construction projects up to $5MStrong proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Accubid (or similar software)Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skillsA diploma, degree, tradecraft certification, or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience in union or multi-trade environments is a strong asset?
