Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO / Property ManagerLooking for a dynamic, smart, high-energy, and dedicated executive/personal assistant to partner with the CEO in running the business and overseeing both commercial and personal properties. The role combines executive support with strong property and project management responsibilities. Need on-site presence in Nyack for current and upcoming projects.ResponsibilitiesOversee management of both commercial and personal propertiesCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for ongoing needs and special projectsHandle remodeling projects, renovations, repairs, and maintenanceManage orders and procurement of materials, furnishings, and supplies for propertiesEnsure compliance with lease agreements, inspections, and local requirementsSupport the CEO in managing facilities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operationsProvide on-site presence in Nyack for current and upcoming projectsQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experienceStrong property management and project management backgroundProven experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providersAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and logistics simultaneouslyWell-organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through effectivelyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving abilitiesSalary range - $70,000 - $100,000
