In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining overhead bridge cranes and related equipment at customer sites.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair overhead bridge cranes from various manufacturersInstall, program, and troubleshoot VFDs, remote controls, and other electrical systemsUnderstand and work with mechanical, electrical, and structural components of cranes and runwaysWork with pneumatic bridge cranes and hoistsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAccurately document work performed, including time logs, checklists, and service recordsCommunicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendationsBe available for overtime, weekends, and on-call assignmentsTravel up to 1020% of the time within the U.S.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 5 years of experience as an overhead crane service technicianProficient with 3-phase power systems (460/230V)Clean driving record and background checkValid drivers licenseMust pass a drug screening and physical examMust provide personal hand tools and testing metersPreferred Skills:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with VFDs, PLCs, and remote systemsCustomer-focused with excellent communication abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyWhy Join Proserv?Competitive compensationOpportunities for career advancementSupportive team environmentMake a real impact by helping customers maintain critical equipmentApply today to take the next step in your career with Proserv!Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
