Position Overview: The Branch Manager at Skywalker Roofing will be a key leader responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing the hiring and management of sales reps while establishing relationships with vendors, and maintaining financial health and operational efficiency while keeping KPI and expected growth. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Revenue Generation:Drive sales to increase sales growth and margins.Oversee location marketing plan and aid in lead generation.Report up to HQ regarding updates/ challenges/ ideasOperations Management:Work in conjunction with Operations Manager to ensure that the sales department is providing accurate data for successful installation opportunitiesEnsure that margins are held throughout the installation processPush for a customer experience unlike any other company can provideVendor and Subcontractor Relations:Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors Build and nurture relationships with local subcontractors to ensure reliable and high-quality workmanship.Customer Service:Handle customer service needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company reputation.Financial Management:Maintain and monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial health and profitability.Keep local branch up to speed on wins/ challengesImplement cost control measures and optimize operational expenses, including winter plans / rain day protocolMeetings and Reporting:Attend weekly meetings (as needed) with headquarters to report on progress, discuss strategies, and align with company goals.Provide regular updates on sales performance, project status, and operational challenges.Weekly operations meetings along with regular sales training/update meetingsStrategic Planning:Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and service offerings.Additional Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost visibility and attract new customers.Requirements:Must reside within the locations service areaBranch Managers need to be available, or have coverage, to respond to customers at any given time. The Branch Manager is responsible for the branch and the branchs customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a pensation:$80k Base salary with bonus eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k with company matchPaid time off
