We believe in establishing long-term relationships based on providing purpose-built solutions.About the Role Were seeking a Customer Program Coordinator Team Lead to join our Atlanta-area Sales & Program Management team. This role acts as the central link between our customers, sales, production, purchasing, and engineering teams. Youll ensure customer programs run smoothly by coordinating across departments, maintaining clear communication, and driving results that keep projects on track and customers satisfied.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a small team, ensuring training, performance, and departmental goals are met.Coordinate customer programs from order to delivery, ensuring requirements are met on time.Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, production, purchasing, engineering).Monitor progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and program reporting.Drive continuous improvement in program execution and customer service.Support sales with customer follow-up, inquiries, and data-driven responses.Qualifications2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing, program coordination, or customer service.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to interpret technical drawings/documents and communicate effectively with engineers and production staff.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.FELLFAB CORPORATION is an equal opportunity employer.
