This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the built environment while advancing your career with a firm renowned for design excellence and technical innovation spanning multiple continents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design Leadership & Technical ExcellenceLead architectural design development from concept through construction administration on large-scale, complex projects including high-rise multifamily residential, mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, and hospitality projectsCollaborate with partners and principals to develop innovative design solutions that embody bold clarity and technical precisionOversee technical coordination and integration of building systems, ensuring optimal performance and constructabilityDrive sustainable design strategies and environmental responsibility initiatives Management & Client RelationsManage multiple concurrent projectsBuild and maintaining strong relationships while translating client requirements into exceptional architectural solutionsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and international partnersLead project teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance LeadershipCreate productive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to enhance competitive positioningParticipate in proposal preparation and client presentations on high-profile domestic and international projectsContribute to the firm's thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and industry participationQUALIFICATIONS: Required Experience & Education15+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice with demonstrated project leadership on complex, large-scale projectsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited programProfessional registration required; LEED AP preferredProven track record managing projects ranging from 100,000SF to 2+ million SF Technical ExpertiseAdvanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software platformsDeep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction delivery methodsExperience with integrated project delivery and design-build project approachesKnowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes Leadership & Communication SkillsExceptional project management abilities with experience leading multidisciplinary teamsStrong client-facing skills with ability to present complex design concepts effectivelyProven fiscal accountability and responsibility pertaining to fees, scope and scheduleExperience mentoring and developing architectural talentCollaborative approach with proven ability to work in matrix organizational structures Specialized Experience (Preferred)Mixed-use and high-rise multifamily residential project experience highly valuedInternational project experience, particularly in Asian /Middle East marketsExperience with complex urban development projectsThis position provides exceptional professional growth opportunities including leadership roles on internationally significant projects and a clear pathway for advancement to principal and partner levels, with comprehensive support for continued education, conference participation, and professional development alongside exposure to cutting-edge design technologies and methodologies.
