JOOLA is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations at our distribution center in Henderson, Nevada, with a focus on driving efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational excellence.The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse processes, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and labor productivity.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with transportation, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations.Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and equipment.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.Coordinate and optimize daily wave planning to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory flow.Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet demand fluctuations.Conduct regular performance reviews for warehouse and operations staff.Identify training needs, set development goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to align operational execution with business objectives and customer expectations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.7-10 years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and lean operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Order accuracy rateOn-time shipment rateInventory accuracyLabor efficiency (e.g., picks per hour)Safety incident rateCost per unitInventory AccuracyAbout JOOLA:JOOLA was first established in 1952 and built a global reputation as a pioneer in table tennis.
