Overview of Position The Reservationist is the first and last point of contact with the guest and is responsible for greeting, seating, and saying goodbye to guests as well as maintaining the flow of the restaurant during service. The Reservationist will assist the Maitre d ' with tasks such as menu printing and other administrative work. The Reservationist will also take and confirm reservations over the phone and through various reservation platforms, retrieve messages, and return phone calls in a clear, concise, and accurate manner. The Reservationist is the first point of contact the guest has with Francie. The Reservationist will report directly to the General Manager. This ideal candidate will have at least 23 years experience as a Host in a fine dining restaurant and knowledge of contemporary reservation systems.
