We are looking for a chef that is able to manage the back of house from staffing to ordering of food and supplies. Needs to have consistency in the menu as well as a creative specials menu. The chef will have a say in creating the menu, we are a new restaurant with a open slate on what will be served. This chef will need to work well with others including the front of house staff. This is a great opportunity for the right chef, a part in creating a great restaurant in a high traffic area adjacent to affluent residential areas.
