Job ***** Materials Coordinator***** Industrial Manufacturing Facility - Use of PPE required ***** $25-$35+ per hour plus 1.5 for OT ***** 1st Shift (9:00 - 6:00) OR Swing Shift (12:00 to 8:00 PM) Full-Time, Permanent Hire Comprehensive Benefits, 401K with 4% match, Generous PTO, Education reimbursement Job ***** We're seeking a Materials Coordinator with experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, proficiency in using SAP, and knowledge of material handling processes. Key ***** Prioritize daily operations based on production needs and customer demands. Oversee the process of sending materials to outside partners, including negotiations, shipment scheduling, lot settlements, and inventory tracking in SAP. Support the manager in initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and safety within the department. ***** 2-5+ years in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment (chemical or metals preferred) Materials/Inventory control practices (chemicals or metals a plus) Inventory Tracking or similar using SAP Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to use measuring devices and manual/powered material handling equipment
