As Service Director, you’ll be the glue that holds our front-of-house team together – leading with energy, setting the tone, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. What You’ll Do: Lead, inspire, and mentor the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, welcoming service. Collaborate closely with the management and culinary team to build and maintain a seamless training program built around education and inspiration. Be a hands-on presence in the dining room – greeting guests, resolving issues with grace, and looking for moments to surprise and delight.. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism across the board. What We’re Looking For: Previous leadership experience in a high-end or fine dining setting. A strong understanding of service etiquette, wine, and hospitality standards. Exceptional communication skills and a calm, confident presence under pressure.
