Franklin Athletic Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the daily operations of our club. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional member experiences. Key *****Operations ***** Oversee front desk and housekeeping departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service standards.Staff ***** Recruit, hire, train, coach, and, when necessary, terminate staff members while fostering a positive and professional work ventory & Vendor ***** Manage club supply inventory, negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.Member ***** Address and resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner while seeking opportunities to improve overall member satisfaction.Support to General ***** Assist with directing additional departments, implementing club initiatives, and ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.Continuous ***** Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend strategies to enhance the club’s performance and member experience.*****Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in the fitness industry.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a member-first mindset.Experience with vendor negotiation and inventory control.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, scheduling software).
