JW Michaels is engaged with a national law firm that is seeking an experienced IP Attorney. Our client has a robust IP practice and handles some of the largest cases around the country. The role involves working in a fast-paced IP practice, focusing on IP litigation.Responsibilities Handle IP litigation cases. Work collaboratively within a team. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Qualifications Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in the state of Texas. 2-4 years of experience with IP litigation. Excellent academic credentials.Required Skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced IP practice.Preferred Skills A technical undergraduate degree is preferred. Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering is a bonus.
