Billing Analyst

In this role you will have great exposure company wide and will be able to seriously build your professional experience.Responsibilities of this hybrid Billing Analyst job ***** Correspond and follow-up daily with customers regarding billing questions Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve customer inquiries Review and address exception reports daily Provide a high level of customer service Ability to work independently and be flexible and able to adapt to change Analytical with information filesMinimum ***** Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of work experience in a corporate setting Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs) and Outlook Prior experience with any large ERP experience is helpful but NetSuite is preferred Ethical, accountable, and strong communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer serviceBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401k.
