SummaryThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for the administration of HR policies and procedures in NDS’ manufacturing facilities, as well as assisting the Director of Human Resources in the development of programs which address the organizational development/effectiveness of the company, as well other human resources initiatives which enhance the organizational capability of the company and its employees.Coaches managers and supervisors on the handling of all employee relations issues.Partners and acts as a trusted advisor/business partner to management on all HR related business issues.Leads culture strategy/initiatives/programs for site.Assist in the design of training programs that build the leadership and management skills of NDS employees.Attends plant site leadership meetings and maintains HR related boards as necessary.Works with HR Director, management, and temporary staffing agency/recruiters with the recruitment of new employees for both full time and temporary positions.Provides feedback to the HR Director on all human resources issues.Maintains confidential records for the NDS’ employees.Oversees payroll functionsWorks with Safety Coordinator to ensure a team approach to employee safety throughout all NDS facilitiesAssists HR Director with ongoing projects as assigned.Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity from a generalist perspective, coupled with a minimum of three years HR management experience.Strong computer skills (MS Office) and detail-orientated with data/reports.Strong with planning processes, objectives and strategies to meet company targets.Strong time management skills to handle daily tasks/requests.Previous experience with process improvement programs/systems is a plus.Fluency in writing and speaking in the Spanish language is required.
