It requires walkie-talkie style turns, lacks empathy and has an inconsistent personality.Developers are unable to build long-form experiences out of the box and users disengage. This limits voice AI to simple receptionist tasks and basic customer support, blocking high-value use cases (therapy, coaching, sales) where fluid dialogue and emotional intelligence matter most. We’re backed by top tier US and European VCs and angels including co-founder of Wayve.ai, ex-VP of Twitter, ex-CTO of CoinBaseRequirements & Experience PhD in ML or related field, with publications in top conferences. 1+ yrs of experience in training LLM / diffusion / flow-matching on 1B+ param models OR training SOTA speech models. Experience with post-training data curation & supervised fine-tuning of pre-trained models. Experience designing & building evaluation ***** automated or human-in-the-loop.
