VP of Real Estate Management

Our client, a leading, forward-thinking public real estate company, is seeking to hire its first Vice President, Litigation & Employment based in their West LA office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will lead litigation strategy and provide employment law guidance across the organization.You’ll serve as the trusted advisor to HR and executive leadership on employment compliance, employee relations, investigations, and policy development, while also managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters. Our client is looking for a CA-barred attorney witha minimum of 5 years’ experience working on employment litigation matters at a leading law firm or as part of an in-house legal team.Experience with real estate litigation, bankruptcies, and/or representing or working for institutional landlords, public companies and/or public real estate investment trusts is a plus.Our client offers competitive compensation (range $210,000-$329,000), full benefits, and the chance to make a real impact on legal strategy in a respected, established and growing organization.
