Your new companyHays Facilities Management has partnered with an FM Services firm in hiring a Vice President of Operations.Your new role The job duties of the VP of Operations will include, among ***** Day-to-day operational oversight of existing contracts and accounts - Ensure operational efficiencies related to budgets, execution and delivery - Involvement with potential new accounts on pricing and bids - Oversight of projects, staffing allocation, new customer relationships - Negotiate pricing, union contracts, and ensure operational complianceWhat you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this role will possess the ***** - Experience in dedicated Facilities Management is a must-have, with the strongest preference for candidates with an FM Provider/Service background - Ability to speak to all levels of the business, and influence new business activities - Self-motivated, top presentation/communication, and expertise in Facilities Management -Presence in Northern NJ is needed, along with NYC and parts of the East Coast.
