This is a senior-level role that requires architect-level expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead offshore teams effectively. The role offers a long-term (3-year) contract with a stable and innovative semiconductor manufacturer. Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable applications usingNode.jsandReact. Define system architecture, component design, API strategies, and coding best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams. Coordinate withoffshore teamsto align deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes. Conduct design/code reviews and mentor development teams. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance for mission-critical applications. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, cloud deployments, and automated testing. Required Qualifications 4–5+ years of experiencein architect or technical team lead roles (not just senior developer). Strong, hands-on expertise inNode.jsandReact.jsdevelopment. Proven experience designing and implementingscalable architectures(microservices, APIs, distributed systems). Proficiency withREST/GraphQL, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices. Experience withcloud platforms(AWS / Azure / GCP),Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; ability to work with both business and technical teams. Strong track record ofcoordinating offshore teamsand delivering results in global setups. Nice-to-Have Experience insemiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial domains. Familiarity withreal-time data processing, telemetry, or streaming applications. Strong knowledge ofTypeScriptand modern front-end frameworks.
