We are seeking a dynamic Training & Education Specialist to deliver impactful learning experiences for contractors, distributors, and internal teams nationwide. This role combines in-person facilitation, digital content development, and e-learning platform management to strengthen product knowledge, drive engagement, and support brand growth.Key Responsibilities Facilitatein-person training sessionsfor contractors, distributors, and employees across the U.S. Confidently present products at trade shows, events, and large group training sessions. Develop, update, and maintaintraining materials—including presentations, videos, hands-on modules, and NATE certification content. Create engagingvideo content and digital training modulestailored to HVAC professionals. Manage thee-learning platform, overseeing course creation, uploads, and content updates. Track contractorattendance, engagement, and performancethrough learning systems. Coordinate and orderproduct shipmentsto distributors for training purposes. Respond totraining requestsand design custom content as needed. Partner with themarketing teamto align training initiatives with brand messaging, digital campaigns, and product launches. Supportsocial media and digital marketing effortsby contributing educational content. Follow up with contractors post-training to reinforce learning through a structured process.***** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 5–7 years of experience insales, training, or field marketingroles StrongHVAC/Home Services technical knowledgeand trade background Proven experience managinge-learning platformsand creating digital training content Proficiency inMicrosoft PowerPointand video editing tools Exceptionalpublic speaking and presentation skills
