Fitness Specialist

Aquila'sFitness Specialistassists members in safe and effective exercise and performs a wide range of technical exercise and administrative duties in health/fitness center. This is a fully in-person position in Worcester, MA The pay rate for this position is $24.04 per hour, with a 40 hour work week, 8 hours per weekday. The start date for the position is expected to be January 1, 2026.Candidates must be able to work in person 40 hours a week, 8 hours daily, Monday-Friday. There is no weekend work. Work hours are 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 8 am to 4 pm; and 10 am to 6 pm on alternating days. Candidates should be able to work all shifts on alternating days.
