Fundraising Administrator Our client, a prestigious not-for-profit in the health care sector, is seeking a sharp Administrator. The position is in mid-town NYC and will require pretty much five days a week in the office with some exceptions. It will report directly to the Executive Director. Generous PTO and solid benefit package in a pretty much 9-5 work day.Position ***** This is a front-facing position with the focus on supporting the administrative need of the Executive Director – the primary fundraiser, including taking the lead with the planning and execution of various meetings and events, Board Management, gift acknowledgement, and data management. In addition, this person will also be involved in various operational aspects of the organization at the discretion of the Executive Director. This person needs to be available to sometimes work evenings to support events and meetings with the possibility for occasional travel to support various events and meetings outside of NYC. Job Duties & ***** Administrative support Heavy email interaction on behalf of the Executive Director with donors, Board Members and funded researchers CRM Data entry Scheduling – responsible for Executive Directors’ calendar Event and meeting planning and support Coordination of Board meetings, materials and correspondence Other administrative duties and projects as assignedQualifications/***** At least 3 years of related experience Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Significant attention to detail Ability to work well with staff and donors in a professional and positive manner. Ability to work independently, take initiative and assume ownership of projects. Strong technological proficiency required; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required Experience with a fundraising CRM such as DonorPerfect is a plus
