Electrical Maintenance Manager

The Panther Group is seeking a Direct Hire, Maintenance Manager (Electrical) with one of our partners in in thefast-paced Food & Beverage Manufacturing. This role is 100% onsite. Full- Time ***** Overseepreventive maintenance, work orders, and emergency repairs to ensure quality execution. Collaborate daily withProductionandSanitationteams to align schedules and maximize efficiency during shutdowns. Manage allparts inventory,maintenance purchasing, andcontractor oversight. Hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians — your leadership will shape the team’s growth. Lead and facilitateongoing training programsfor all maintenance staff. Troubleshoot and repairmechanical,hydraulic,pneumatic, andelectrical systemsacross automated equipment. Ensure compliance withfood safety standardsandsafety programs. Be responsive — includingon-calltroubleshooting and shift flexibility (weekends/holidays may be required). Participate in operations, safety, and food safety meetings/inspections.What You ***** 4+ years inautomation controlswithin an industrial environment (food experience is aplus, not a must). Expert-level knowledge ofAllen Bradley***** SLC & Logix PLCs,PanelView HMIs,PowerFlex inverters,Kinetix servo amplifiers, etc. Strong understanding ofelectrical schematics, wiring, and Ethernet networking. Experience withPC setup/troubleshootingand high confidence inMicrosoft Office(especially Excel). Provenleadership skillsand a deep understanding of mechanical systems.
