Identify areas of improvement in business operations and ensure they are addressed through quality control programs. Ensure objectives and goals are met by way of general operational leadership. Oversee support team for company. Management of operational tiers. Utilize tracking software to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and provide updates. Actively participate in staff hiring, training, and evaluation.***** Bachelor’s degree, along with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Proven operational management experience. Knowledgeable of operational structure. The ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
