Job Title: Senior SAP Project Manager Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) Duration: Direct Hire Salary: $155,000 - $160,000 Annually Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare plan, 401(k), paid time off, paid volunteerism days, flexible hybrid schedule, great office accommodations, incentive compensation opportunities, and discretionary annual bonus potential PTO: Paid time off and paid volunteerism days What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Manage multiple clients and complex projects at any given time Assist in pre-sales activities and expand consulting services Assist with scoping and estimating project work Identify and close new service opportunities for assigned clients Identify appropriate consulting skills required for projects Serve as onsite lead for implementation projects Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) for fixed-priced engagements Adhere to all documented PMO processes and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation) Lead the effort to define deliverables, templates, and standards for the project Develop and manage a detailed integrated project plan, including project milestones and deliverables Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations Act as the first point of escalation for project-related issues Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget) Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and implementation best practices Mentor project managers and delivery managers as needed What You Bring (Required): Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and managing several projects/clients at once Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to be diplomatic while asserting project needs Proactive, results-oriented “go-getter” who drives initiatives forward Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 10+ years managing complex, fixed-price SAP projects and supervising large teams Expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OTC), SAP Finance, and full-lifecycle SAP implementations Strong knowledge of SAP Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with excellent problem-solving and adaptability Preferred Experience in the Music or Licensing/Rights & Royalties industry Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at every level of our organization.
