JUNIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN A Day in the Life: As a Junior Maintenance Technician at Los Angeles Bread, no one day is ever the same. You ensure the operation of our electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment by completing preventative and required maintenance regularly. You prioritize the safety of yourself, your coworkers, and the company first and foremost. The Maintenance Technician is self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency. You work closely with operators and site teams to increase uptime which helps keep food moving quickly to our stores and communities. If you're ready to make a difference, let's talk! Starting rates will vary based on relevant factors including the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service and hours worked and terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include, healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity. * Schedule: Associates will rotate through the following shifts: * Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM * Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM * Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM After completing the full 9-month rotation, your next shift assignment will be determined based on business needs.
