Construction Superintendent

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. + Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. + Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. + Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. + Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and incident records. + Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure alignment and transparency. Qualifications + Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. + Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office. + OSHA certification preferred. + Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
