Account ExecutiveThe go-to retail agency for beauty brands. Headkount minimizes the risk and time needed for beauty brands to get into brick-and-mortar with our all-in-one solution that provides experienced Beauty Education Teams who go in-store to increase brand awareness and drive top line sales. The Account Executive, San Francisco, is responsible for leading and managing daily operations of the field to achieve business goals. As the Account Executive, duties include overseeing the Beauty Educator, and Retail Account Coordinator team, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing performance, preparing and delivering performance evaluations and documentation, actively recruiting and interviewing, and ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.To be successful as an Account Executive, you must have passion for people, be a creative thinker and a dynamic leader. You must be able to recruit, lead, and manage teams, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. A top-notch Account Executive should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate, develop, support, mentor, and retain a dynamic sales team of Beauty Educators and Retail Account Coordinators.Manage the development of Beauty Educators and Retail Account Coordinators.Weekly touchbases with direct plete documentation for employees such as reviews, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.Identify training needs and conduct in-store trainings with BEs / RACs based on the needs of the employee's development. Observe and provide collaborative & hands on feedback to teams on service and selling skills.Approve & manage attendance & time off requests in assigned markets.Partner with Regional manager for escalated client and employee issues in a timely manner.Partner with Human Resources in active recruiting and facilitating interviews.Ensure excellence in Headkount retailer relationships.Provide in-field retailer support based on the needs of the business.Ensure retailer policy and procedures are upheld to quality standards.Drive sales, events, and execute strategies and initiatives within each retailer to ensure the achievement of sales plans.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMust be located in the San Francisco, CA marketMinimum of 2 years managing Beauty Field Sales employeesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSolid time management and prioritization skillsExcellent coaching, mentoring, and teaching skillsExcellent leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional conduct in-storeTechnology skillsPassion for people in providing the ultimate customer servicePassion for people in elevating their product knowledgePassion for product and the retail communityBenefitsCompetitive salaryJoin a diverse community of beauty professionalsCompany-sponsored medical benefits & ancillary benefitsOn-going professional coaching & educationPaid Time OffAbout HeadkountHeadkount is a boutique retail growth agency that empowers beauty brands to thrive in brick and mortar retail.
