Assembler / Operator

U.S. Tsubaki, a leading manufacturer in power transmission and motion control products, seeks a skilled Assembler / Operator to join our dynamic production team. This role involves hands-on assembly of high-quality roller chains, engineering class chains, and sprockets. The Assembler / Operator will utilize mechanized systems and manual assembly techniques to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met consistently. Assemble mechanical components according to specifications to build various power transmission and motion control products. Operate machinery and equipment necessary for the assembly process, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure adherence to ISO standards and engineering specifications. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and correct potential defects during the assembly process. Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately assemble complex components. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Manage raw materials inventory to ensure a continuous production process. Record production data, including volume produced and quality control measures.
