Job Summary: We are seeking a pasty cook that has experience in the bakery and is willing to learn to take your skills and practice to the next level.  A growing mentality is crucial as we offer significant opportunities for advancement and development within our expanding company. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a lead prep role. Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ownership over a station. Ability to lead all prep for plated dinner desserts as well as brunch pastry production.
