Bellecour Bistro, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Dining Room Manager to lead the evening service team at Bellecour North Loop. This role is responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service, developing relationships with our guests, and setting the standard of hospitality for our team.  Timeline: Training to begin mid-November for an anticipated late November opening.  Key responsibilities:Inspire, manage, and lead a team of hospitality minded professionals who love to bring joy to other people. Train team members in service standards, product knowledge, and guest interaction. Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to all direct reports. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. Be the point person during service for guest requests, staff needs, problem solving, and pace-setting. Resolve guest issues in a timely and hospitality-focused manner Ensure that technical service standards are met. Maintain and update POS and print menus as needed (using InDesign or similar tools). Open and close the restaurant following all operational checklists and procedures.
