Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced café and bakery in the 50th & France area of Edina is looking for a Café Manager to lead the daytime team at Bellecour. This role is responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service, developing relationships with our guests, and setting the standard of hospitality for our team. Timeline: Training is scheduled to begin the first week of November for an anticipated mid-November opening. Key responsibilities: Leading morning café operations, including opening and closing responsibilities Inspire, manage, and lead a team of hospitality minded professionals who love to bring joy to other people. Train team members in service standards, product knowledge, and guest interaction. Cultivate guest relationships Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure proper storage, rotation, handling, and display of all bakery products. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. Benefits: During the first year of employment, Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
